ABOUT OUR FLAVORS

Our ice cream flavors are crafted in house daily, using local and natural ingredients. We offer both delicious dairy and non-dairy ice creams that are made with either coconut or oat milk. We pride ourselves on not using any artificial coloring - and by using high quality vanilla bean paste and cocoa powder. We have all the classic flavors and rotating specialty flavors that often run out quick, especially during the busy season. If there's a flavor you would like us to try to make or one that we had before that you want us to bring back, be sure to use our request a flavor form or write it down on the one we have in store!

Madagascar Vanilla

Made with premium Madagascar vanilla bean paste, our old school vanilla is perfectly decadent.

Good Time Chocolate

Creamy, Rich, Smooth, And Silky. Made With The Highest Quality Cocoa Powder. Creamy, smooth, and most importantly chocolate-y. Made with high quality Ghirardelli cocoa powder, it always tastes good in the summer heat.

Strawberry

A strong and striking strawberry flavor with tiny strawberry bites throughout the ice cream. It's one of the classic ice cream flavors for a reason - don't slouch on it!

Blue Moon

A Wisconsin classic, tastes like Fruit Loops and is colored using all natural spirulina. If you've never had it before it's a must try!

Butter Pecan

Made with local sweet and salty candied pecans from Fortune Favors and a rich, silky butter pecan base. This might just be the best butter pecan ice cream in the world.

Blueberry Honey Lavender

Featuring Gentle Breeze Honey, located in Mt. Horeb, WI, this flavor is one of our shop's specialties. A perfect mix of fresh blueberries, golden honey, and a floral lavender overtone, this is a Good News classic and you wont find it anywhere else.

Fig & Honey

Another Good News staple, our Fig & Honey is made with Gentle Breeze honey, black mission figs, and a touch of lemon. This ice cream tastes fantastic anyway you have it whether that's a simple scoop, as a milkshake, or for an affogato if you're feeling adventurous.

Mexican Hot Chocolate

If you've ever had an authentic Mexican hot chocolate then you know what to expect. For the rest of you, prepare for this one to come with a kick of heat.
